Multilingual staffing agency website
Nordstaff OÜ is a staff leasing and recruitment company operating since 2018. It finds workers for Estonian businesses in manufacturing, warehousing and agriculture and also handles paperwork for foreign employees. We redesigned Nordstaff’s existing website, refreshing the design, restructuring the services and FAQ content, adding a blog and a dedicated page for job seekers, and setting up Estonian, English and Russian versions.

More enquiries from both employers and job seekers
Nordstaff’s website serves two audiences: companies that need leased workers and job seekers, often from abroad. The previous site did not separate these audiences well or explain the benefits of staff leasing. The goal of the redesign was to present the service clearly to employers, give job seekers their own information and contact route, and improve the company’s search visibility in three languages.
Solution
Trilingual WordPress website for a staffing agency
We built the website with WordPress and Elementor and created a clear structure: home, about, services, FAQ, blog, contact and a dedicated “Find a job” page for job seekers. The homepage explains what staff leasing is and highlights its benefits – flexibility, a fast recruitment process and lower personnel costs. Enquiry and contact forms run on Contact Form 7 and WPForms. The FAQ answers common questions, and the blog helps cover important search phrases. WPML provides Estonian, English and Russian. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics track visits, and Complianz manages cookie consent. The site works well on mobile.
