EKO is an architecture practice whose strongest introduction is its portfolio of completed and ongoing projects. We redesigned the practice’s existing website: we modernised the design, placed the projects portfolio at the centre and made it comfortable to browse on desktop and smartphone, so prospective clients quickly get a clear sense of the practice’s design approach.

An architecture portfolio that helps win new clients
When choosing an architecture practice, clients look first at previous work. The old website did not give a visual, clear enough overview of the projects or convey the practice’s design signature well. The goal was a clean, visual website where large project photography takes centre stage, projects are easy to browse and getting in touch is the natural next step.
Solution
WordPress portfolio website for an architecture practice
The redesigned website is built on WordPress with the projects portfolio at its core. Each project is presented on its own page with photos and a description, and the projects overview page makes the work easy to browse. A minimalist design with the EKO logo leaves room for architectural photography and highlights the practice’s signature. Besides the portfolio, the site introduces the practice and its work and includes contact details. The layout adapts to desktop, tablet and smartphone screens, and the practice can add new projects itself through the WordPress dashboard.
