Our price quote software connects your entire sales process: a client enquiry enters the system, an employee fills in a measurement report on site from a phone, and the quote is generated from that data. Once the client accepts, the quote becomes an order. We build it in Tallinn around your price list, products and workflow.
Employees fill in measurement reports directly on a phone or tablet: dimensions, photos, notes and client confirmation. The data reaches the office immediately, with no retyping of paper forms, and is linked to the right client, site and enquiry.
The system calculates the price from your price list, materials and labour, then produces a consistently branded commercial offer. Versions, discounts and approvals are tracked, and an accepted quote moves automatically into order processing.
