Multilingual real estate project website
Pirnipuu Kodu is a residential development in the Muuga garden district, built by ALG Liisingu AS, offering A-energy-class terraced apartments for families with children. We built a brand-new website for the project from scratch in Estonian, English and Russian. It presents the development, shows prices and floor plans of available apartments and brings together sales terms and contacts so buyers can reach an enquiry quickly.
Challange
Selling new-build apartments in three languages from one site
The developer needed a website that markets several apartments at once and always shows up-to-date information on which units are available and which are reserved. Buyers come from Estonian-, Russian- and English-speaking audiences, so all content had to work in three languages. The site also had to highlight the project’s advantages, its location close to Tallinn and the contacts of partner banks to make the buying decision easier.
Solution
WordPress and WPML real estate site with apartment selection
We built the website on WordPress and Elementor and set up Estonian, English and Russian versions with WPML. On the homepage a Slider Revolution banner introduces the project, and a benefits section highlights the A energy class, private terrace, storage room and two parking spaces for every apartment. The Prices and Plans page combines an interactive image map with an apartment table showing each unit as available or reserved, and every apartment has its own detail page. We added a gallery, sales terms, contacts for LHV, Citadele, Coop Pank and Omega Laen, and a Contact Form 7 enquiry form. Complianz manages cookie consent and Google Analytics measures traffic.
