Multilingual product catalogue website
Nordic Comfort is a brand of Tallinn-based KTS Baltic OÜ, distributing water heaters, heat pumps, radiators, electric heaters, water filters and home appliances from well-known manufacturers such as Midea, Electrolux, Thermex and Aquaphor. We built a brand-new website for the company from scratch, with a product catalogue, brand pages and customer support resources, available in seven languages.
Challange
One multilingual product catalogue for a multi-country distributor
Nordic Comfort operates in several markets and serves retailers, partners and end customers alike. The company needed a single website to present its wide product range and brands, provide manuals, brochures and warranty information, and help customers find their nearest service centre. All of this had to be available in the language of each target market and remain easy to manage.
Solution
Seven-language WordPress website with a product catalogue
We built the website from scratch on WordPress using Elementor. The product catalogue is organised into categories – water heaters, towel heaters, radiators, LED mirrors, heat pumps, electric heaters, water filters, kitchen taps and sinks, and air purifiers – with products grouped by brand within each category. Every brand has its own page. The support section brings together service centres, manuals, brochures and warranty terms. We added a blog, a promotions page, a partnership enquiry and Contact Form 7 forms. WPML powers English, Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Swedish and Polish versions. The homepage slider uses Slider Revolution, and tracking runs through Google Tag Manager.
