A wedding is one of the biggest projects a couple ever takes on together. There are dozens of guests, each with their own questions: when does the bus leave, are children welcome, where can I stay, what should I give? The answers end up scattered across spreadsheets, messengers and phone calls. A wedding website puts everything in one place and takes a big part of that load off your shoulders.
We built a fully working example: see the demo wedding website. Below we explain which problems it solves.
The problems every couple runs into
- RSVPs are scattered. One guest emailed, another called, a third promised to “let you know later”. Nobody knows the exact headcount.
- Dietary needs and allergies get lost. Vegetarian, gluten-free, a kids’ menu — it all has to reach the caterer on time.
- The same questions over and over. Address, dress code, transport, accommodation — every guest asks separately.
- Gifts are hard to coordinate. Three coffee machines and not one thing you actually needed.
- Transport and rooms are limited. The bus has 50 seats and the guesthouse 12 rooms, but nobody knows how many are still free.
How a wedding website solves them
All answers in one dashboard
Guests fill in a short form: are they coming, with whom, how many children, dietary needs and allergies, do they need the bus or a room. The couple sees everything in their admin panel: headcount, menus, children and transport bookings. The list for the caterer takes a couple of minutes.
Schedule with maps
Every step of the day has an address, a time and an “Open in maps” button. Guests can see how to get from the ceremony to the manor without calling you.
Live transport and accommodation
The site shows how many bus seats, parking spaces and guesthouse rooms are taken and how many are left. When places run out, everyone sees it right away — no overbooking.
A gift list without awkwardness
Each gift has a description, an amount and bank details with a payment reference that can be copied in one click. One gift is highlighted as “the dream of our life” — a honeymoon, for example. Guests can chip in partially, and the couple records received amounts in the panel, so the progress bar shows how much is still missing.
Children are welcome
A dedicated kids’ section: playroom, entertainer, own menu. Parents know in advance that their children will be looked after and enter the number of kids and their food preferences right in the form.
Find your table
Guests type their name and instantly see their table. No crowd around the seating chart.
Three languages
The site works in Estonian, Russian and English, so relatives and friends from abroad understand everything.
Less fuss, more joy
A wedding drains so much energy that every phone call you avoid is a win. The website answers guests’ questions around the clock, collects the data accurately and keeps everything in one place. You get to focus on what really matters: each other and the day itself.
- Control: see at any moment who is coming and what they need.
- Tracking: guests, places, dietary needs and gifts are all counted.
- Nothing is forgotten: every detail is written down in one place.
- Impression: a beautiful site with your story, photos and special guest sets the festive mood long before the wedding.
How your wedding website is made
You fill in a short questionnaire: your story, date, schedule, venue, gifts and photos. We design the site, set up the admin panel and give you a link to send to your guests. Anyone with the link can open the site, but it is hidden from search engines, and the panel and questionnaire are password-protected.
Frequently asked questions
Will the wedding website show up in Google?
No. The site is hidden from search engines and only people you send the link to can see it.
Can the design be changed?
Yes. We adapt colours, photos, texts and sections to the style of your wedding.
Do guests need to register?
No. The form takes about a minute and needs no account.
