Ikeda Fight Club
Project overview
Multilingual sports club website
Ikeda Fight Club is a karate club and competition team based in Tallinn. We are updating the club’s website and moving it to a custom WordPress theme supporting Estonian, Russian and English. The project is in progress, with the new site launching in 2026. During development, visitors see a trilingual coming-soon page while the club previews the new site with an access code.
Challange
A modern trilingual website for a Tallinn karate club
The club operates in Tallinn, where athletes and their families speak different languages, so the new website has to serve Estonian-, Russian- and English-speaking visitors equally well. The goal is to bring information about the club, trainings and groups together in one place and make getting in touch simple. The club also wanted to test the site safely before the official launch.
Solution
Trilingual sports club site on a custom WordPress theme
We are developing a custom WordPress theme in the Ikeda Fight Club style that adapts to desktop, tablet and smartphone screens. The planned structure covers an introduction to the club, information on trainings and groups, and a contact page, all in Estonian, Russian and English. For the development and content phase we set up a trilingual coming-soon page with an access code field, allowing club representatives to preview and comment on the new website before it goes public. Visitors see a tidy holding page while the team finalises the content and prepares the official launch.
