Multilingual property management website
Brem Grupp is a Tallinn-based property management company operating in Estonia, Latvia, Georgia and Southern Europe. It manages office, production, retail and residential properties and offers maintenance, cleaning and a 24/7 emergency service. We redesigned the company’s existing website, restructured its service pages, gave vacant rental spaces a dedicated page and set up Estonian, English and Russian language versions.
Challange
Presenting property management services and vacant spaces clearly
Brem Grupp offers several distinct services and manages a large property portfolio, so the website needed a clear structure. Visitors had to find the right service quickly, browse available rental spaces and reach the emergency line without searching. The site also had to serve Estonian, Russian and English-speaking clients equally well and make everyday tasks, such as submitting utility meter readings, easier for tenants.
Solution
Redesigned multilingual WordPress website built with Elementor
We rebuilt the website on WordPress with Elementor. The homepage presents four core services – portfolio management, maintenance, cleaning and 24/7 emergency service – as separate cards linking to detailed service pages. A portfolio section lists office, retail, production and residential properties with their locations, and a dedicated page shows vacant rental spaces. On the meter readings page tenants can submit water, electricity and gas readings through an online form. WPML powers the Estonian, English and Russian versions, a Google Maps map sits next to the contact details, and Google Analytics and cookie consent management are configured. The whole site is fully responsive.
