Multilingual real estate developer site
ALG Kinnisvara is a real estate developer with over 30 years on the market, selling apartments, houses, plots and commercial premises directly to buyers. Its projects are mainly in Tallinn and Harju County, with further developments in Lithuania and Poland. We redesigned the company’s existing website, built a property catalogue with filters and detailed listings, and set up Estonian, English and Russian versions.
Challange
Selling property directly from the developer online
ALG Kinnisvara has different property types on sale in several countries at once, alongside completed and upcoming projects. Buyers needed to find a suitable apartment, house or plot quickly, see the price, size and number of rooms, and send an enquiry straight away. The company also wanted to present its team and financing options and serve Estonian, Russian and English-speaking buyers.
Solution
Real estate WordPress website with a property catalogue
We built the website on WordPress and Elementor in the style of a property portal. Listings are organised by type – apartments, houses, plots and commercial premises – and by status: for sale, upcoming and sold projects. Each listing card shows location, price, floor area and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, while the detail page adds a photo gallery and an enquiry form. Separate pages cover the company, team, financing and useful links. WPML runs the Estonian, English and Russian versions, Yoast SEO helps listings rank, Complianz manages cookie consent and Google Analytics tracks visits.
