In IT it fits when you are building <strong>your own SaaS platform, a customer-facing app or a technology prototype<\/strong>, not a standard website or online store.<\/p>\n<p>The company applies for and receives the grant. IT Solutions is the <strong>developer and service provider<\/strong>: we prepare a quote that meets EIS requirements and deliver the work.<\/p>\n<h2>The grant at a glance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amount:<\/strong> up to \u20ac35,000.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grant rate:<\/strong> up to 70%, own contribution at least 30%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Applications:<\/strong> rolling; each company can apply up to twice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who can apply<\/h2>\n<p>A small or medium-sized company in the Estonian commercial register that is developing a novel solution in at least one TAIE focus area and lacks the knowledge, skills or resources to do the project itself. The grant is de minimis aid.<\/p>\n<h2>What is and is not covered<\/h2>\n<p>Eligible: prototype development, component technology development and testing, product testing and feasibility studies, and intellectual property advice. Costs: services from an eligible provider, 50% of your own developer&#8217;s salary (at least 0.2 FTE), and materials up to 25% of the project cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not eligible:<\/strong> building a website or online store, routine software development and updates, design development, business model creation, internal processes and market research.<\/p>\n<h2>Who can be the service provider<\/h2>\n<p>Besides universities and development centres, an <strong>IT services company (EMTAK 6201 or 6210)<\/strong> qualifies if its revenue from this activity exceeded \u20ac50,000 last year and it has a capable team. Do not sign a contract with the provider before submitting the application. Project: a working prototype with an optimisation algorithm, a map interface and testing with three pilot customers. Cost \u20ac40,000, grant 70%, or \u20ac28,000.<\/p>\n<h2>How a grant-funded project works with us<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>We map your needs<\/strong> and check that the project fits the grant conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We prepare the quote<\/strong> to EIS requirements: scope, schedule, price, our competencies, references and team CVs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You submit the application<\/strong> in the e-toetus portal. We sign the contract only after the application is submitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We build the solution<\/strong> and document the result the way the final report requires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We maintain and develop it<\/strong> after the project ends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Key rules before you apply<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Do not sign a contract with the developer before you submit the application<\/strong>: costs started earlier are not reimbursed.<\/li>\n<li>From \u20ac20,000 (excl. VAT) you need two comparable quotes; from \u20ac100,000 a procurement through the public procurement register.<\/li>\n<li>De minimis aid is capped at \u20ac300,000 over three years.<\/li>\n<li>The grant is usually paid after the final report is approved, so plan your own contribution and cash flow in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n<div class=\"its-faq\">\n<details>\n<summary>\n<h3>Can Arendusosak fund a website or online store?<\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n<p>No. Websites, online stores and routine software development are excluded.
