It fits when you already have software but the programs do not talk to each other: <strong>the e-shop does not pass orders to accounting, invoices are made by hand and data is entered several times<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The company applies for and receives the grant. IT Solutions is the <strong>developer and service provider<\/strong>: we prepare a quote that meets EIS requirements and deliver the work.<\/p>\n<h2>The grant at a glance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amount:<\/strong> \u20ac2,000\u20135,000.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Applicant revenue:<\/strong> average sales of at least \u20ac50,000 over the last two years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Round:<\/strong> opened on 4 March 2026 with a \u20ac1 million budget and stays open until the budget runs out.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> check with EIS before applying whether budget is left.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An employee, board member or shareholder completes the free Digital State Academy e-course on business digitalisation.<\/li>\n<li>The company uses e-invoices or adopts e-invoicing software by the end of the project.<\/li>\n<li>A digital adviser is involved in the project.<\/li>\n<li>The result is documented in writing so that it can be reproduced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Which projects fit<\/h2>\n<p>Short jobs with a clear result: adopting and configuring a new program, or connecting two existing systems. Project: a WooCommerce and accounting integration that creates the sales invoice and e-invoice automatically, plus setup and documentation. The work fits within the grant and pays for itself within months because manual entry disappears.<\/p>\n<h2>How a grant-funded project works with us<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>We map your needs<\/strong> and check that the project fits the grant conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We prepare the quote<\/strong> to EIS requirements: scope, schedule, price, our competencies, references and team CVs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You submit the application<\/strong> in the e-toetus portal. We sign the contract only after the application is submitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We build the solution<\/strong> and document the result the way the final report requires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We maintain and develop it<\/strong> after the project ends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Key rules before you apply<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Do not sign a contract with the developer before you submit the application<\/strong>: costs started earlier are not reimbursed.<\/li>\n<li>From \u20ac20,000 (excl. VAT) you need two comparable quotes; from \u20ac100,000 a procurement through the public procurement register.<\/li>\n<li>De minimis aid is capped at \u20ac300,000 over three years.<\/li>\n<li>The grant is usually paid after the final report is approved, so plan your own contribution and cash flow in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n<div class=\"its-faq\">\n<details>\n<summary>\n<h3>How large is the grant?<\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n<p>At least \u20ac2,000 and at most \u20ac5,000 per project.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>\n<h3>Do I have to use e-invoicing?<\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n<p>Yes. If you do not use e-invoices yet, you must adopt software that supports them by the end of the project.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>\n<h3>What does the digital adviser do?<\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n<p>The digital adviser helps assess the need and the result. We do the technical work and document it for the final report.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>\n<h3>Can I use this grant for a new online store?<\/h3>\n<\/summary>\n<p>The grant is for adopting and integrating software.
