It is part of Estonia&#8217;s real-time economy measure: data must move between your systems and partners automatically, without manual entry.<\/p>\n<p>The company applies for and receives the grant. IT Solutions is the <strong>developer and service provider<\/strong>: we prepare a quote that meets EIS requirements and deliver the work.<\/p>\n<h2>The grant at a glance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amount:<\/strong> up to \u20ac150,000 per project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grant rate:<\/strong> 50%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Round:<\/strong> opened on 30 March 2026 with a \u20ac1.5 million budget and stays open until the budget runs out.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> check with EIS before applying whether budget is left.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who can apply<\/h2>\n<p>An Estonian company with average sales of at least <strong>\u20ac50,000<\/strong> over the last two financial years. You need a digitalisation strategy or an equivalent document, and at least one cooperation partner must be involved in the development.<\/p>\n<h2>Development requirements<\/h2>\n<p>The software must receive, send and process machine-readable data that is time-stamped or otherwise reliably traceable, via <strong>X-Road (X-tee) or another secure data exchange platform<\/strong>. The development must include at least two real-time economy solutions and be part of an end-to-end process within the company or between companies.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of real-time economy solutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>automatic sending and receiving of e-invoices;<\/li>\n<li>real-time stock, order and delivery management;<\/li>\n<li>an interface between accounting software and the Tax and Customs Board;<\/li>\n<li>EDI-based purchasing and sales;<\/li>\n<li>logistics tracking and data sharing with partners;<\/li>\n<li>customer, order and price list sync across systems;<\/li>\n<li>real-time management reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we can build for you with this grant<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/itsolutions.ee\/en\/services\/custom-accounting-software-development\/\">Custom accounting software and e-shop integration<\/a> with e-invoicing and a tax authority interface.<\/li>\n<li>An ERP system or <a href=\"https:\/\/itsolutions.ee\/en\/services\/custom-web-application-development\/\">custom development of your existing ERP<\/a> and its integrations.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/itsolutions.ee\/en\/services\/b2b-ecommerce\/\">B2B e-commerce and wholesale ordering<\/a> synced with your warehouse.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/itsolutions.ee\/en\/services\/dropshipping-integration\/\">Supplier and warehouse integrations<\/a> with automatic price lists and stock levels.<\/li>\n<li>Real-time reporting and a management dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Example project<\/h2>\n<p>A wholesaler receives supplier price lists by email, enters orders by hand and invoices in its accounting program. Project: a B2B ordering portal that reads supplier stock and prices automatically, sends orders via EDI, creates e-invoices and passes the data to accounting. Two real-time economy solutions are covered (e-invoicing and stock data exchange). Cost \u20ac120,000, grant \u20ac60,000.<\/p>\n<h2>How a grant-funded project works with us<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>We map your needs<\/strong> and check that the project fits the grant conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We prepare the quote<\/strong> to EIS requirements: scope, schedule, price, our competencies, references and team CVs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You submit the application<\/strong> in the e-toetus portal. We sign the contract only after the application is submitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We build the solution<\/strong> and document the result the way the final report requires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We maintain and develop it<\/strong> after the project ends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Key rules before you apply<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Do not sign a contract with the developer before you submit the application<\/strong>: costs started earlier are not reimbursed.<\/li>\n<li>From \u20ac20,000 (excl.
