Create a separate user with limited rights.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oversight.<\/strong> Agents make mistakes and may take an unexpected route to finish a task. Important steps should be approved by a person.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data protection.<\/strong> GDPR applies when customer data is involved. Find out where the data is processed and whether you have a data processing agreement with the provider.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost.<\/strong> Measure how long the task takes today.
