How long we keep data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enquiries and correspondence<\/strong>: up to 12 months after the last contact if no contract is concluded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client contracts and invoices<\/strong>: for the term of the contract and then 7 years (Accounting Act).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter<\/strong>: until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Analytics<\/strong>: 14 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Server logs<\/strong>: briefly, according to the hosting provider&#8217;s normal cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<p>We use trusted providers that process data on our instructions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zone Media O\u00dc<\/strong> (Estonia): website hosting and email delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Ireland Ltd<\/strong>: Google Analytics (only with consent).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare, Inc.<\/strong>: Turnstile spam protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Google and Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area (USA). In that case transfers rely on the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework and\/or the European Commission&#8217;s Standard Contractual Clauses. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
